welcome. take a deep breath.

The internet is incredibly loud, and if you have wandered over here from Threads, I’m so glad you made it. You are safe here.

 Hi. I’m Crystal.

I am a Spiritual Director, and I created Sparrow Soul Care for a very specific reason: because untangling your faith, holding spiritual wounds, or just trying to navigate a heavy world is exhausting to do alone.

Many of the women I sit with are carrying wounds from church, stepping into a season of deconstruction, or quietly wondering if there is still a place for them in the Divine story. If that is you, please know that you do not have to have anything figured out to be here. I have no theological agenda for you, no checklist to complete, and nothing to fix.

My only goal is to sit with you in the wilderness and help you look for the threads of the Divine in your own story.

Seeking the Good, the Beautiful, and the True

When traditional spiritual practices feel too heavy or triggering, we don’t force them. Instead, we anchor our time together in presence and practice paying attention.

We look for the Good in slow, quiet rhythms of rest. We notice the Beautiful as a gentle backdoor to awe and wonder. And we hold space for the True things your soul already knows, but perhaps forgot how to hear in the noise. You are the expert on your own soul; I am simply here to listen alongside you.

Healing is not a luxury.

Financial anxiety is a heavy spiritual burden, and soul care should never be gated by your income. Because of this, Sparrow Soul Care operates on a Community Care pricing model. You never have to ask for a discount or prove your need. You simply choose the tier that honors your current reality:

  • The Sustaining Rate: For those who can pay the standard fee, ($95 per session) which sustains the ongoing work of this practice.
  • The Sparrow Rate: A pay-as-you-can rate for those currently navigating financial constraints or systemic barriers. If this rate allows you to access care without anxiety, it is yours.
  • The Abundance Rate: A pay-it-forward rate for those with the resources and desire to intentionally subsidize the cost of spiritual direction for others in our community.

Let’s say hello.

If you are feeling weary and want to see if spiritual direction might be a good anchor for you right now, I would love to connect.

Below, you can book a free, 15-minute Connection Call. This is not an interview or a sales pitch. It is simply a few minutes for us to virtually grab a cup of tea, say hello, and see if this feels like a hospitable space for your soul.

(A gentle note on technology: To honor your energy, all calls are entirely camera-optional. You are welcome to leave your video off, sit on your couch, or take the call while walking. Come exactly as you are.)
